Arrows is a group of the Carmel Chamber dedicated to helping young professionals under 40 connect, learn and explore. The group provides the opportunity for YP Chamber members to get to know others like them in the area, learn more about their community and explore ways to be involved with the Chamber and the business community.

Arrows YP offers social networking events along with educational and professional development opportunities, including joint events with young professional groups associated with the other Hamilton County Chambers.
